StakCare® — the system your reporting centre actually needs

StakCare® is STAK's flagship web-based platform for report centres, hospitals, and diagnostic clinics. Built on a three-tier architecture — a browser-delivered front end, a DataSnap REST middleware layer, and a secure database back end — it removes the friction between exam acquisition, clinical review, report production, and final delivery.

Every feature exists to solve a real operational bottleneck: chaotic exam queues, unsigned or misrouted reports, productivity data that's impossible to extract, and the daily grind of re-entering patient data that already lives in another system. StakCare® addresses each of these with purpose-built tooling, not workarounds.

The software is compiled and released with a SHA-256 digital signature using a Code Signing EV RSA 4096 certificate, so every installation can be cryptographically verified. No tampered binaries, no supply-chain risk — your clinical team executes exactly what STAK shipped.

Customisable Digital Reports

Every report template is configurable to match your institution's layout, branding, and clinical workflow. Reports are signed with an ICP-Brasil-compliant digital certificate directly inside the platform — no external signing tool required. The signed document is LGPD-compliant, legally binding, and audit-ready.

Real-Time Exam Queue Management

A visual, live-updated exam queue gives operators a clear view of pending, in-progress, and completed studies. Priority flags surface urgent cases automatically. Your reporting capacity grows without the administrative overhead — the queue works as a command centre, not a spreadsheet.

Productivity Reports & Statistics

Export real-time production statistics per physician, per modality, per shift. Understand throughput bottlenecks before they become backlogs. Management dashboards aggregate exam volume, turnaround times, and physician output without requiring a separate BI tool.

Ticket & Support Call Tracking

Internal support requests, exam queries, and physician callbacks are managed through a built-in ticketing system. Every interaction is logged with a timestamp, owner, and resolution status — giving your team a complete audit trail without relying on email threads or messaging apps.

Direct Delivery to Client Portals

Completed reports are pushed automatically to requesting systems, referring physician portals, and PACS archives — without anyone re-typing data. The integration layer reads from the worklist, populates the report form, and routes the finished document to its correct destination upon signing.

A full integration layer — built for the real healthcare ecosystem

STAK connects StakCare® to the clinical and hospital management systems your institution already runs. Each integration is engineered as a bi-directional data channel: exams flow in from the ordering system, and signed reports flow back out — eliminating manual transcription, reducing error, and accelerating turnaround from order to diagnosis.

Pricing note: All integrations are paid services. Final scope and cost are defined per project, based on your environment, system version, and data volume requirements. Even where a standard integration module already exists, additional configuration work may be required. Contact our team for a project assessment.

DICOM Protocol — Universal PACS Integration

The Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine standard is the backbone of medical imaging. StakCare® integrates with your PACS via DICOM Worklist — pulling scheduled exams into the reporting workflow automatically — and converts finished reports and exam files into DICOM-compliant objects for permanent archival. Every modality your centre runs can be stored in a single, standards-compliant repository.

System Integrations — Exam Delivery & Report Return

StakCare® connects bidirectionally with the major clinical and hospital management systems in use across Brazilian healthcare. Below are the currently available integration modules.

HL7 / HIS

HL7 — Philips Tasy / TIE

Full HL7 message-based integration with the Philips Tasy hospital information system and TIE middleware. Exam orders are received as HL7 ADT and ORM messages; completed, signed reports are returned as ORU messages — keeping Tasy's patient record up to date without manual intervention.

Zero re-keying of patient or order data
Directory Watch

Generic Directory Integration

For systems without a published API or HL7 interface, STAK's directory-based integration monitors a configured network folder for incoming exam files. New files are automatically ingested, matched to the correct patient record, and routed into the reporting queue — no bespoke connectors required on the source side.

Compatible with virtually any source system
API / Native

Pixeon — xClinic & Smart

Native integration with the Pixeon xClinic and Smart platforms. Exam worklists are pulled directly from Pixeon's scheduling layer; signed reports and study objects are returned to the patient timeline automatically on completion. Eliminates the dual-system data entry burden that affects most reporting centres running Pixeon alongside a separate RIS.

End-to-end data continuity with Pixeon
API / Native

Salux — SX Platform

Integration with the Salux SX clinical management system covers both the inbound worklist and the outbound report return channel. Patient demographics, order details, and insurance coding flow from Salux into StakCare®; signed PDFs and structured report data are written back to the Salux patient record on completion.

Bidirectional with full demographic sync
API / Native

Age — SOC Occupational Health

Designed specifically for occupational health and corporate health programmes running the Age SOC platform. Exam orders originate in SOC and arrive in StakCare® without re-entry; completed occupational health reports — including periodic exams, admission and dismissal exams, and aptitude certificates — are delivered back to SOC automatically.

Purpose-built for occupational health workflows
Worklist + Return

Proradis — WL + Direct Return

STAK's Proradis integration handles the complete exam lifecycle: worklist retrieval pulls pending studies from Proradis into StakCare®, and Direct Return delivers signed reports straight back to the Proradis environment on completion. Turnaround time is measured in minutes rather than the hours lost to manual file transfers.

Direct report return — no manual download/upload
API

APISmartSH

Integration with the SmartSH hospital and clinic management platform via its published REST API. Order and demographic data pass from SmartSH into StakCare®'s reporting environment; signed report objects are posted back to SmartSH on finalisation, keeping the patient record complete without staff needing to operate two systems simultaneously.

REST API — reliable, auditable data exchange
Scheduling

Agora Consulta

Connection to the Agora Consulta digital scheduling and patient management platform. Appointments booked through Agora Consulta generate corresponding exam orders in StakCare® automatically, ensuring that every scheduled patient arrives in the reporting queue ready to receive results — without a coordinator manually bridging the two systems.

Scheduling-to-report continuity
REST

DataSNAP REST API

For institutions with in-house development teams or third-party systems not covered by a standard module, STAK exposes StakCare®'s full data layer through a DataSNAP REST API. Authenticated endpoints cover exam ingestion, worklist queries, report retrieval, and patient lookups — enabling custom integration with virtually any system that can make HTTP requests.

Open for any custom integration scenario
Bespoke

Custom Integration

No two healthcare environments are identical. When your system combination isn't covered by an existing module, STAK's engineering team scopes and builds a bespoke integration channel. This typically involves reviewing your source system's API documentation, data schema, or file export specifications and building a purpose-designed connector inside the StakCare® integration layer.

Scoped per project — any system, any format

Every diagnostic modality your centre needs — unified under one platform

StakCare® handles the reporting workflow for a broad range of non-imaging diagnostic modalities. Each modality receives a tailored report template, dedicated import connectors for that exam type's proprietary file format, and — via the DICOM conversion engine — full PACS-compatible archival. Whether you run a single-modality cardiology unit or a multispecialty diagnostic centre, your workflows sit inside one coherent system.

ECG

Electrocardiography

Resting 12-lead ECG studies are imported from all major acquisition devices. Reports are produced against cardiologist-configured templates and signed digitally. The native device file — whatever proprietary format the equipment exports — is stored alongside the structured report and can be converted to DICOM for PACS archival.

DICOM conversion available
EEG

Electroencephalography

EEG exam files — often large, multi-channel recordings in proprietary formats (.EEG, .EVT, .EXP) — are ingested, linked to the patient record, and presented to the reporting neurologist in a structured workflow. Reports are signed and delivered to the requesting system or PACS automatically on completion.

DICOM conversion available
ESP

Spirometry

Pulmonary function test results from spirometry equipment are imported and associated with the patient worklist entry. The reporting physician receives the raw flow-volume curves alongside a structured template for clinical interpretation. Ideal for occupational health programmes and respiratory clinics running high throughput.

DICOM conversion available
HLT

Holter Monitoring

Extended 24- to 72-hour Holter recordings are among the more complex files to manage — large, proprietary, and time-stamped. StakCare® ingests Holter data files (.TRF, .FWC, .DAT and others), links them to the patient order, and presents them to the cardiologist with a pre-populated report form. Completed reports can be returned to the ordering HIS or converted to DICOM.

DICOM conversion available
MAPA

Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring

ABPM studies — recorded over 24 hours by wearable monitors — generate structured data files with timestamped pressure readings. StakCare® imports these recordings, generates statistical summaries (mean daytime/nocturnal pressures, dipping profile, load percentages), and presents them within the reporting template for physician sign-off and delivery.

DICOM conversion available
TE

Exercise Stress Testing

Ergometric stress test results — including ECG tracings recorded during exercise stages, haemodynamic data, and protocol summaries — are imported from treadmill and cycle ergometer systems. The reporting cardiologist works within a structured template that accommodates stage-by-stage findings and a structured clinical conclusion. DICOM archival is fully supported.

DICOM conversion available
AV

Visual Acuity & Perimetry

Ophthalmological and occupational vision assessments — including Snellen visual acuity, Ishihara colour vision testing, visual field perimetry, and depth perception testing — are captured and reported within StakCare®. Results are formatted into structured ophthalmology or occupational health report templates and delivered to the referring system or printed for patient records.

DICOM conversion available
POL

Polysomnography

Sleep study data — multi-channel recordings covering EEG, EOG, EMG, respiratory effort, oxygen saturation, and audio/video streams — are among the most data-intensive exam types in diagnostic medicine. StakCare® manages the full reporting workflow: file ingestion, patient linkage, structured report completion, digital signature, and delivery or DICOM conversion for PACS storage.

DICOM conversion available
VPR

Virtual Printer — Any Format

Any diagnostic device that can print to a Windows printer — but lacks a digital export function — can integrate with StakCare® via the virtual printer driver. The device sends its output to the StakCare® virtual printer, which captures the document as a PDF, attaches it to the correct patient worklist entry, and routes it into the reporting queue automatically. Zero hardware replacement required.
